Alan has over 22 years of executive sales leadership, sales enablement, and market development experience in the medical device industry supported by over 50 recommendations from industry professionals. Alan focuses on building companies with innovative products or services bringing advantages to customers. His first 8 years in the medical field started in scrubs working with pediatric cardiothoracic surgeons, general surgeons, OB/GYN surgeons, and orthopedic (small bone) surgeons driving adoption of bioresorbable technologies. Digital chest drainage technology brought him to his next opportunity to change the standard of care and elevate how negative pressure wound therapy could be administered working closely with HME/DME providers and later with health systems. His latest adventure has brought him to the maternity space innovating how mom's care for their babies through the products and programs he promotes. Outside of work, Alan is a full time dad and husband following his kids around the country supporting their passions of volleyball and soccer.
