Can I bring a guest?
Only if they buy a guest pass. This will give them access to social events ONLY—educational sessions and classes are not included. An attendee pass allows only the holder (you) entrance.

Is there a dress code?
We recommend business casual while attending Heartland events. Iowa summers can also be pretty warm—while the conference centers are fairly cold—so layers while at the conference are ideal.

Are refunds available if I register and the conference is cancelled?
