As Customer Experience Manager, Molly leads the phenomenal team of Customer Experiences Specialists for VGM Insurance, looking to ensure the best service possible for external and internal clients and providing that service in the most efficient manners. She also helps co-lead the great group of Agency Specialists within the division. Molly’s drive is about doing what’s right for the customer and the company, and doing it with a positive attitude.

Molly has been in the post-acute healthcare insurance industry for over half a decade, and has obtained her Associate in General Insurance and Certified Authority in Workers Compensation while holding several roles in the organization, including Lead Generation Specialist and Marketing Manager. Insurance wasn’t a business path she intentionally sought out, but after 5 years with VGM Insurance, couldn’t imagine being anywhere else in her career.

She’s proud to be a finalist for the 2022 Van G. Miller Employee Owner of the Year, and loves to chat about her two-year-old daughter and supportive husband.
