Emily McCormack is the Vice President of Operations for VGM Insurance Services. In this role, she leads the organization’s customer retention and engagement efforts with a focus on customer experience, technology, and business growth. Emily has been with VGM since 2012, previously serving in account management and customer service representative roles within VGM Insurance, and prior to that, as a patient care coordinator with HOMELINK. Emily is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designations. Emily was honored to be named 2021’s Van G. Miller Employee Owner of the Year.

Emily and her husband, Trevor, welcomed their son, Thomas, in December 2022 and are loving their new titles of Mom and Dad.
