I am a professional Business and Leader Development Coach, Dynamic Speaker and Recovering Engineer who specializes in equipping Manufacturing leaders to improve productivity by creating a wildly engaged workforce. In addition to being a professional Coach and business improvement consultant, I am also a powerful speaker on topics relating to coaching for performance, problem solving, employee engagement, continuous improvement and leadership excellence. I live in western Pennsylvania with my two Dalmatians - Rudy and Peet. They are my two best friends! I am a graduate of the University of Dayton with a dual degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. In my spare time I volunteer at charity functions, ride my bicycle, kayak, SUP, hike, camp, hang out with my nieces and nephews and just generally enjoy anything to do with the great outdoors, my dogs, or motorsports of any kind. I simply have a passion for living life fully and with NO REGRETS. And, in every day of my life, I dare to be amazing! My professional business career has spanned engineering, project management, business acqusition integration, plant management, general management and strategy development. Middle and executive leadership roles have allowed me to experience many of the challenges facing today's high potential and high performing professionals. These roles also provided opportunities to coach for performance every single day. I am a member of the National Speakers Association . I received my formal coach training at the Coach Training Alliance in Boulder, CO . I continuously add to my knowledge base through targeted educational webinars, subject-specific books and articles and talking with some of the most amazing people I meet every day. I love discovering new approaches and techniques to inspire performance and solve problems.
