Katie Stevens is the 2021 HME Woman of the Year and the CEO of Reliable Medical Supply. Katie began her career in HME in 2006 as a customer service representative for a complex rehab company. She would go on to hold positions across various functions within the industry before assuming her current role of CEO at Reliable Medical in January of 2020. Katie is passionate about the HME industry and the people who serve it. Driven by Reliable Medical’s mission to improve the lives of both its employees and its customers, Katie dedicates the majority of her time to supporting the culture within the organization and reinvesting in the people who are responsible for its successes. Under her leadership, Reliable Medical has seen both significant growth and high employee retention, and was named one of the top workplaces in Minneapolis. Katie holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Redlands and an M.Sc. in marketing from the University of Nottingham in the U.K. She lives in Tennessee with her husband, two small children, and two dogs, with whom she spends every free moment she has—preferably outside, hiking and exploring.
