About Andi Saptono:

Dr. Andi Saptono is a Health Informatics faculty at the University of Pittsburgh. He has extensive experience in researching and developing innovation of technologies in Digital Health, as well as implementing various Digital Health innovations in collaboration with both federal and private sectors. His works include the development of a novel platform to deliver real-time telehealth services; a learning health system platform and assistive technology registry for healthcare and rehabilitation; and a wellness mHealth system for individuals with disabilities and chronic conditions which allows various daily observations, including monitoring individuals post lung transplant, post-partum lifestyle management, and return to work support. He has strong technical qualifications with a track record of more than 20 years of hands-on experience in information technology system development and project management, with extensive knowledge in designing innovative, cost-effective solutions for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare and rehabilitation services, and conducting usability studies through the use of formal user-centric approach.
