Brooke Kraft is the Director of Talent Acquisition for VGM Group, Inc. As a part of the VGM Human Capital team, talent acquisition focuses on talent market strategy, full life cycle recruiting, candidate experience, and organizational talent alignment. In this role, she is responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing hiring practices at VGM that support growth, risk mitigation, and talent market strategy. Brooke consults with leaders and stays informed of key trends and updates in the talent market.

Brooke began her career at VGM in 2016 and has over a decade of human resources, training, and talent acquisition experience. She holds three bachelor’s degrees from the University of Northern Iowa, as well as a Master’s of Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Brooke is a founding member of the DEI committee at VGM, served as an advisory member for various city council initiatives, and currently serves on multiple committees in the Cedar Valley dedicated to driving workforce engagement, retention, and economic inclusion. When not working, Brooke and her family are typically found outside camping, hiking, and traveling.
