Mary Sand, PhD is a proven leader with more than 35 years of professional experience in healthcare and higher education. She began her healthcare career as a physical therapist and over the years held various administrative and leadership positions. Mary had the privilege of leading teams in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, long-term care, and healthcare systems. She conducts strategic planning sessions for hospitals, healthcare systems, long term care, physician practices, and home care. Beyond planning sessions, Mary partners with leaders to implement strategy moving initiatives forward and over the finish line. In addition to her experience in strategy, Mary has extensive experience in leadership development and has presented to many audiences on various leadership and communication topics.
