Jared has been in business and volunteer leadership roles, across various industries, for most of his professional life. The areas where he is most passionate include hiring, training, education, and mentorship. He has had the opportunity to interview, hire, and train hundreds of employees and has had an ongoing goal to identify why some people succeed in their job and others do not. He has used his time in both the academic and business worlds to pursue answers to that question. Jared currently works as the Director of Patient Services at Norco, Inc, headquartered in Boise, Idaho, where his primary focus is to oversee clinical operations including an expanding focus on successful training and education of new and existing employees.
