Mike Mallaro is CEO of VGM Group, Inc. and a member of its Board of Directors. He leads the company’s growing business and the team of nearly 1000 employee owners. Mike joined VGM as its chief financial officer in 2001 and was named CEO in 2016. Prior to VGM, he was CFO of a retail company and spent 12 years as a CPA at a national accounting firm. Mallaro frequently speaks at regional and national conferences on topics including healthcare trends, strategic growth, succession planning, and optimizing employee engagement. He holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Iowa, as well as CPA (inactive) and CMA designations.
