Christopher D. Calderone

Christopher D. Calderone is project manager specializing in HME/homecare quality improvement at the University of Michigan Health System (homecare services). Christopher has a masters of business administration and a masters in organizational management. He is founder of the Lean Homecare Consulting Group, LLC, which specializes in helping HME/homecare providers implement lean concepts into their operations. Christopher has written articles on lean, quality improvement and leadership for HME News and HomeCare magazine.
