Wayne E. Stanfield

Wayne E. Stanfield is an experienced HME industry consultant specializing in operations, management and reimbursement issues. A veteran air traffic controller and former regional sales and marketing manager for Coca-Cola, Wayne has been involved in the HME industry for more than 20 years. He served as the director of operations of a large independent HME operation in Virginia for over four years. With his extensive background in operations and personnel management, Mark specializes in turn-around tactics, business growth techniques, accounts receivable management and HME managed care relationships. His consulting company, WESTAN HME Services, Inc. and its subsidiary, HME Management Services, has served over 200 HME companies in 21 states.
