Mark Higley

Mark is vice president of development for The VGM Group. His responsibilities include business development, market research and industry analysis. Mark’s current project list includes analysis of governmental, regulatory and compliance issues affecting the HME industry, such as HIPAA, Medicare legislation, and other supplier issues (clarification policies, fraud and abuse, etc.). Mark is a member of the AAHomecare Regulatory Committee.
