Due to insurance restrictions, Heartland is prevented from allowing VGM employees to shuttle Heartland guests to and from Cedar Rapids. We regret the inconvenience. We will continue to greet our Heartland guests at the Cedar Rapids baggage claim for most incoming flights, and assist them with any transportation concerns.
Heartland guests should secure transportation arrangements directly with the carrier. Three options are available:

Delta Airlines has given VGM a meeting discount code. You will need to call Delta at 800-328-1111 and refer to File Number NM54Y. They will not add a ticketing charge for this service. The discount will be between 5%-7%, and will work with either Waterloo or Cedar Rapids airport.
