Cedar Rapids Airport (CID)
An additional 30 flights per day arrive into the Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids (CID).

Due to insurance restrictions, Heartland is prevented from allowing VGM employees to shuttle Heartland guests to and from Cedar Rapids. We regret the inconvenience.
Heartland guests should secure transportation arrangements directly with the carrier. Three options are available:

VGM rates for the 60 mile one-way shuttle from Cedar Rapids to your Waterloo hotel are:
$90 flat rate for one person
$10 per additional person in same party
Must be on same flight or pick-up time.
Group rates are available; please call for quotes.
Limousine service is also available; please call for quotations.
Need to call at least 48-hours in advance. Guests should contact the service directly and as soon as final air arrangements are secured. Please indicate the number in your party, and flight detail (airline, flight number, arrival time.) No walk-up service.
Guests returning via the service should coordinate pick-up times and detail at time of reservation.

One-way rates begin at approximately $100 to Waterloo hotels, $110 to Cedar Falls hotels, and $10 each additional passenger. If needing round-trip be sure to tell them during the first contact call, there is a $10 discount for Round-trip. Reservations are encouraged; please call at least 24-hours in advance.
