Phil Cunningham

Phil Cunningham is product manager for Invacare’s iPartner Solutions Group and The Aftermarket Group (TAG). In his 10 years at Invacare, Phil has gained extensive knowledge of an HME provider's service and parts operations, and helped develop a portfolio of solutions designed to reduce the costs of operating an HME business. Phil launched the Invacare 5 Star Service Plan and the associated solutions that help providers continue to provide quality service at much lower costs. HIs knowledge of other industries’ best practices, coupled with his experience in the HME industry, offers a unique insight on how providers can efficiently and effectively manage their own service department, or use external resources to maintain optimal revenues.
