Esther Apter

Esther Apter is president of Healthcare Management Solutions (HMS) and CEO of MedFORCE Technologies. She has been in the health care industry for 20 years, 18 of them in the HME industry. Her jobs have ranged from controller to vice president of operations for a medical supplier. Since forming HMS in 1993, she has worked with many suppliers to resolve their billing and A/R problems. Esther designed a proprietary billing and document imaging/paperless office solution that is currently in use at HMS.
