Donald Gillespie

Donald Gillespie, Ph.D., is a seasoned health care professional with over 25 years of experience in health care administration. Most of these years were focused on home care services. As a hospital system administrator, Donald has been the leader in planning and implementing over 25 home care and rehabilitation businesses. He now is President of HFM Performance Advantage, LLC where he is consulting with hospitals on mergers, acquisitions, start-ups and transitions for home care businesses. He has served as VP for home care for a regional multi-hospital health system, and created a subsidiary of the that system, which contracted with 10 surrounding hospitals to develop, manage and provide IT and billing services for home care operations.
