Chris Calderone

Chris Calderone is a lean coach and performance improvement coach for a large community-based hospital in Michigan. Chris is also co-founder of a consulting firm that specializes in providing training and consulting services to HME providers on lean thinking concepts and applications. Chris has a master’s degree in organizational management from Spring Arbor University, and served as quality improvement project manager for the University of Michigan Health System’s home care division for 13 years.
