Course Description:

The initial portion of this session will address the functionality that is available with HME GPS, along with a hardware and software overview. The 2nd and most important portion of this educational event will demonstrate how HME GPS technology can cut their members operating costs to survive under the new pressures of competitive bidding. Case studies of existing VGM members will be used to show actual savings and how some members have positioned themselves. Samples of management reports will also be reviewed, including those that can be tied back to a member’s accreditation effort.
