Course Description:

This session will address the ways in which technology is changing the HME industry and impacting how business is generated, including trends in Web usage and implications on medical businesses, the medical continuum of care in the information age, how Web usage should be impacting HME Web sites, capabilities of the Internet to promote the business, support the needs of patients and increase efficiency of operations.
