Course Description:

Participants will learn how HQAA, as a deemed authority accrediting organization, offers a logical sequence for completion of the accreditation process. Using an electronic methodology and with the support of an accreditation coach, the process is a “one step at a time” approach. A description of the individualized workroom will be presented. Because the focus in the organization is the Quality Champion, the presentation will also demonstrate the post-accreditation web portal that offers multitudes of resources to maintain all the accreditation efforts. The ACT (Accreditation Continuation Toolkit) program is geared toward all maintenance efforts and offers the challenges necessary to keep efforts of continuous improvement at the forefront. Updates to guidelines, rules and deadlines offered by CMS will be shared.
