Quality Improvement Programs for Quality and Profits

Speaker: Dana Adams

Course Description:

This program will teach the participant how their company’s Quality Improvement program can be put to use to improve the quality of services and boost the company’s financial performance by looking at all facets of their business operations. The program will break down each area of business operations including sales, billing, intake, delivery, human resources, and facilities management. The speaker will then provide measurements that will bring to light where steps can be taken to improve business performance. A template for a two-year QI program will be presented with suggestions for specific measurements and surveys to be used. The presentation will conclude with a brief review of statistical analysis for interpreting data.
