Course Description:

This session will assist HME providers in understanding and identifying whether or not they are profitable in the operational area of equipment service, repair and maintenance; determining if service, repair and maintenance function(s) is a core business competency and the ramifications if not a core competency; understanding profit/loss analysis; review of “hidden costs” of service, repair and maintenance. An HME service, repair and maintenance financial model will also be explored.
