Getting out from under all the “stuff” – Inventory Control and Space Planning can help

Speaker: Sarah Pavelka

Course Description:

Many organizations are continuing to focus on the management of their cost, quality and service. This management philosophy has always included the elements of people, process (methods), machines and material focused control. During this session attendees will see how the people, working within their processes using materials and machines change the output of an organization’s quality, cost and service. Inventory and supply management / controls are an integral part of this system; however, many forget that this element is also a part of the inputs into the system. Finally, how does inventory control relate to space planning.
