This session will review challenges and solutions for dealers impacted by the Jan. 1st 9.5 percent reimbursement cuts, specifically how it relates to one of the largest categories - diabetic. The session will focus on affordably growing your diabetic customer base while improving margin and reducing fixed expenses simultaneously. The many benefits of a home delivery model, along with strategies to build a cash business and better serve the diabetic with margin in mind, will be discussed.
