Are You Ready? An HME's Guide to Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity

No business owner can fully immunize themselves against the damaging effects of a natural disaster or crisis incident. But advanced planning and preparation can help you survive a crisis and minimize the long-term effects on your business. This workshop will help you develop a plan to respond to a crisis or natural disaster. The objective is to help attendees compile a set of tools to assist them in this important aspect of strategic planning. Some of the areas covered are: insurance, ongoing operations, data protection and recovery, physical plant, communications (phones and Internet).
