Course Description:

Faced with reduced reimbursement and increasing operational costs, many HME providers question how they can maintain profitability in today’s challenging environment without sacrificing quality of care to the patients they serve. This session will outline strategies to reduce HME operational costs and maximize available resources in product acquisition, inventory and inventory management, staff training and development, intake and customer service, setup and delivery, and service and support. Also presented in this session will be an introduction to the design and implementation of HME product formularies.
