Course Description:

This session will outline specific strategies and techniques that drive the success of some of the world's great retailers. These strategies and techniques will then be related to the HME business with a discussion of how they may be applied in HME. Attendees will be challenged to think about retail possibilities that might not otherwise have contemplated. It is not a "how to do retail in HME" session but instead is a session intended to make you think about retailing in a new way.
