Course Description:

With the HME industry in the midst of major changes and competitive bidding, HME providers are trying to get a handle on the costs of providing product category specific services. Some are approaching this process by a narrow view of costs such as wages, fuel, vehicle cost etc. without considering the cost of intake, billing, overhead etc. We will discuss ways to use the Activity Based Costing process to determine your overall costs of providing product category specific equipment.
