HME Growth Opportunity - Reaching the Consumer

HMEs looking for ways to grow can look to the end user, the consumer, for huge growth opportunities over the next decade. Historically, HMEs have built their business models around referral sources and insurance companies, but health care is becoming more patient-centric and that brings opportunities for tremendous grow in HME. This session will review the shifting paradigm in health care toward the consumer as the buyer and decision-maker; and then examine what HME providers can do to capitalize on this shift. The presenter will examine how other businesses have successfully reached the consumer to grow and how HMEs can do the same.
